The program begins with a series of initial evaluations and discussion of goals before an integrated program is designed using NASM's (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model. Each program is crafted to be as unique as the individual, based on training elements of flexibility, cardio fitness, core strength, balance, plyometrics and resistance work. If necessary, we will even utilize corrective exercises to help you move better and to reduce the risk of injury.
